Cancellation Insurance

Here are our general cancellation conditions for rentals :

By rental, we mean mobile homes, chalets and bungalows.

- Cancellation 2 months before the start of the stay : full refund of the deposit without proof

- Cancellation between 1 and 2 months before the start of the stay : credit note valid for the current year

- Cancellation less than 1 month before the start of the stay : no refund, see conditions of cancellation insurance if you have subscribed to it

Warning :

Any reimbursement made by administrative mandate requires several weeks.

After taking possession of your rental, any early departure will not give any right to any refund (unless you have taken out cancellation insurance and are covered).

Cancellation insurance :

With the Campsite you can subscribe a cancellation insurance via Campez couvert. You can also subscribe another cancellation insurance in your own.

This insurance must be taken out during your reservation and at the latest one month before the start of your stay. Cancellation insurance costs 3% of the amount of the stay, excluding tourist tax.
